What should go in the Campaign Instructions? Everything in the Campaign Instructions section will be generated as the Statement of Work. Please be specific as possible.
General items to include in the Campaign Instructions:
- The services and deliverables that the creator will provide.
- The types of content that the creator will produce.
- The length of time and purposes for which the company may use the deliverables (if applicable).
- Any restrictions that the creator may set around the IP.
- Any third-party content or rights that the creator will not obtain at its own expense.
- Any competitors of the company with which the creator will not enter into an agreement (if applicable).
- Any other nuance between the parties.
Affiliate campaigns:
- Define the goal of the affiliate campaign.
- What qualifies as a referral?
- Are there any specific platforms creators should focus on or avoid?
- If creators sign up for your campaign, are they subject to any exclusive clauses? If yes, be specific about the timeline.
- Please note any compliance guidelines (if any) here or as an attachment to the campaign.
Content campaigns:
- Define the goal of the content campaign and deliverables.
- License. If you plan to utilize the content for advertisement and promotion, specify how long the license is valid (i.e., 30 days, 60 days, 90 days, etc.).
- If creators sign up for your campaign, are they subject to any exclusive clauses? If yes, be specific about the timeline.
- Include a creative brief of required talking points and creatives in the description box or as an attachment to the campaign.

Advisory
- Define the goal of the advisory campaign.
- If the advisory campaign is based on meetings or events, specify any other criteria to earn the equity (i.e., marketing proposals or strategy).
